That's very odd because I remember fixing and testing that level in particular. I'll be uploading a new version pretty soon. Wait till then and see if it's fixed.

Takeover The City is broken in 2.5 for me as well. Uninstalled to get past it, and I'll reinstall after.

The gang hideouts are also pretty much broken, only sometimes spawning the enemies

Sorry for any inconveniences, it especially hurts since this mod pack takes pride in its goal to be a "working patch." Going to be releasing a new version shortly, just need to make some final adjustments. Thanks for the feedback!

Am I doing something wrong, My game keeps crashing and there are no NPCs or hud and every time I try to pause the game it freezes.
I am using the latest version.
