SR4 Re-Elected: The Pentagon Patch V1.1

I've heard Re-Elected version has problems with workshop items that have physics, could be that for other items as well

i am thinking whatever "extra clothing" that was brought with this mod pack is old and just isnt meshing right with whatever version the game is now. i havent tried the workshop yet, since most seemed old or not really interesting mods to add, but ill have to give it test to see if they cause issues too, might be one of the clothing in this pack is linked to one of those files that arnt around anymore or updated.

Why has NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE EVER posted instructions on HOW to USE this mod, What the controls or triggers are, Or how to even USE SANDBOX+? Someone PLEASE ANSWER!
