I rechecked the main post, actually this is for the Re-Elected build, whoops - i'll redact my previous posts
 
I I'm so confused right now is there an video I can watch to get this mod to work properly Like do I put (main mod) into the mod folder or do I take the content of (main mod) and just slap them in the saints row IV folder. I'm so lost would love if there an video demonstrating on how to do it.

The contents of the main mod folder.
So all .xtbl file, todx file, then the packfile and tables folder should be like that
Then if you want to use optional mods, go to their folder and extract the .xtbl file too
 
I am having instant crash when viewing a certain items in the shops, couldnt see what the first two were, but usually in the piercings or wrist sections i get the crash, the current instant crash i was able to see it was either an eyeball or alien ear piercing that caused it. a couple of other items seem to be glicted out also, such as the cowgirl outfit..specifically the top of it, and the dancer/stripper heels, causing deformation or geo tearing.

without the mod, some of those items are fine. with the mod, instant crash. so something is causing a memory leak or glitched out geo on clothing in some shops.
i am using the re-elected version, on steam. i have my settings set to ultra, and made the lighting to be ultra in the ini. not sure if that would be causing it.
i was usuing the MixFix patch https://kobraworks.com/mixfix with this mod before, but after the crashes i tested it without both together, and still had weird crashing with the mod and clothing.

I've heard Re-Elected version has problems with workshop items that have physics, could be that for other items as well
