Extended Customization v1.2 - Now with more helis

Just use the Gentlemen of Steelport compilation that includes these mods. It dynamically builds your asm files so you can use stuff like this together.
 
So where can i find a turret bulldog? I only see the regular bulldog with no turret on it and there isn't one on the restricted area either, unless i missed it. Any help is appreciated :)

They are commonly used on a 5-star police notoriety level.
 
Then, you have to progress towards until SPOILER: STAG is withdrawn from Steelport /SPOILER.
 
I don't really understand what to do. I do as it says, then i go to the docks, they're all there, but customization is not possible. All I want to do is colour my vtols!
