Extended Customization v1.2 - Now with more helis

I'd imagine it's the same as in any other language
 
The mod lacks a readme file.

Put all the files in the root folder of your game. If you want the helicopters to be turned into boats so they are customizable, put the contents of the "heli" folder there as well. Remove them when done, because you cannot fly with them installed.

The version included in Gentlemen of Steelport may be newer. I don't know.

Well, since you said you don't have a PC, you won't be able to use this mod. Also, requesting console modding is against the rules here. And there wasn't any reason for you to multipost like that when you could've just editing your first post
