How do you install it with juiced patch
Follow the installation instructions:
via Juiced Patch (v7.1.0 or later): (Recommended)
1. Download and extract "Cutscene Patch v1.4.7z" into your Saints Row 2 root directory (where "SR2_pc.exe" is located).
2. Run "_Build_Cutscene_Patch.bat" and browse the menus for any Extras you wish to install.
3. Press "P" to build your Cutscene Patch! All files (based on your selections) will be installed to the "mods\Cutscene Patch" folder.
4. Add the following text to "loose.txt" in your Saints Row 2 root directory: mods/Cutscene Patch
5. Launch Saints Row 2, and enjoy an improved cinematic experience!

after buliding the patch then what?
Launch the game.

It's number 4 I don't understand, I can't rename loose.txt, it works just fine with GOTR though.
What. You open loose.txt in a text editor such as notepad. You then add the line to it like it says. Then you click save. Boot game. If you cant edit loose.txt then you have bigger fish to fry.

I tried what you said and it still doesn't seem to work at the top of the file.
Did you complete step 1 correctly?:
1. Download and extract "Cutscene Patch v1.4.7z" into your Saints Row 2 root directory (where "SR2_pc.exe" is located).
Cutscene Patch installation is slightly different to other mods. Once you have downloaded the .7z archive, place it in the same folder as "SR2_pc.exe", then extract the .7z there (if using 7-zip, right-click the .7z, then select "7-Zip" > "Extract Here".). Everything should then automatically go where it's supposed to. To confirm this has been done correctly, there should be a "mod_file_libraries" folder above your "mods" folder.
