I'm confused as to how the whole Character Swap thing Works. I want to swap Pierce, Shaundi and almost any of the important saints in cutscenes to Regular Saint Grunts. I've been trying to figure out the Character Swap thing for Hours but i just don't understand what im doing here. Basically, I'm only seeing a couple of characters which is nothing compared to how I seen Seabound Do it. No Carlos File. No Pierce File. Maybe im looking in the wrong place. Help if you can! Thank you!

You just need to modify the Preset file of the character you wish to replace. For example; To replace snpc_Pierce with snpc_Shaundi in all cutscenes, I would grab a copy of snpc_Pierce_pre.xtbl, and change <Character>snpc_Pierce</Character> to <Character>snpc_Shaundi</Character>.

You could swap in a specific generic Saints Gang Style model (eg: "snpc_s_80s_male_lt"), but making it adapt to your in-game Gang Style selection requires modifying the cutscene file.

common.vpp_pc (in your game directory), which you can extract using ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.ExtractPackfileGUI.exe.

Does the .bat file not work? I'm unable to test it on those OS.

If not, you can at least copy all files from the following directory into your "mods" folder:
"mod_file_libraries\cutscene_patch\files_directory\base_files"

Also having trouble with the .bat file. It opens and advances to the option selection screen, but typing the options doesn't do anything and hitting enter just closes it.

I'm on Windows 10 if that helps.

That's very strange. I've never heard of that issue. I'm not sure what would be causing it. Does the GotR .bat menu work properly for you?

I haven't used it recently since I've just reinstalled on a Juice-only basis but yes, historically it's always worked fine.
EDIT - Just had a look at GOTR .bat and I've got the same issue. Clearly something on my end but no idea what. Anyway your files are clean, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
