SR3 Garage Manager

How do I open this programme? I have Java 7 and I don't know how to open it. It just crashes with that "main class" problem.
 
"Can't find <<java>>." in either cases. I use Windows 7 64-bit and I've downloaded the newest Java, 7.0.40.22 version.
 
I don't think it's installed properly, if it can't be run from the command line like that.

It should look like this:

If it l0oks like this instead...

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
... then you need to reinstall Java, or you need to fix your PATH variable. Going into fixing that would be rather off topic for this thread, so PM me if you need more guidance.
 
So, i'm done.

With http://saintsrow.wikia.com i confirmed that i have at leas all basic vehicles in a blank state.
I'm maybe missing a few variants like Becker or Morningstar but unless i get them by chance i won't updating the file.

The file contains now a total of 153 vehicles, 102 automobiles, 7 Motorcycles, 28 Helicopters, 3 VTOLs, 5 Planes and 8 Watercrafts.

For those of you out there wondering what happens if you have a DLC vehicle that you haven't paid for in your garage, the answer is that the game removes it when you load the save, so don't worry about that.
