Sandbox+ for Saints Row IV

I thought the problem was sdiscroll but infact I noticed that the problem of just 4 files you need paste into Saints Row 4

( Lua Sr3 city .Control spawn .... .. ) I do not know why its not working I try several times

Yes i buy sr4 on the steam

I managed to run the sandbox mod
before his only work not because I had to install the mod NPC_Behaviour_Spawn_Mod_SR4_v44,
so I handed the game to zero and his works,
apparently these two are not compatible mod
