Well I replaced Madonna (due to copyright issues) with a Xbox 360 version of SR 4 The Saints did find a time machine in SR4 and maybe the Protagonist returned back to Stilwater during the SR 2 days and left a clue! Notice the Pizza Hut box in the distance?

My trick was to use a website with a colorblender tool such as this one:
http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/color-blend/#323049:8D5C5E:2:rgbd

Then I would use the RGB values in the time_of_day.xtbl file
I would strongly recommend this website to anyone who like to play around with the time_of_day.xtbl and weather_time_of_day.xtbl files

I need to ask a question. I think there is too much fog in the far distance for example, standing on a building in the Red Light District during the day time and looking towards the Downtown District it seems to me that there was too much fog. Can anyone verify that?

I'll update the weather_time_of_day.xtbl file in the OP later today as I have to get ready to go to an appointment this morning. Once that's done you can replace the old file with the new file then patch as usual then play the game
