I like them, though you really don't need to put the word "gang" before every paint job. I think people will get the hint. XD

There should be Languagefiles inside the misc.vpp_pc.
Normally that stuff is defined within those.

I miss the army showing up to attack you, maybe have them as lvl 3 or show up in small amounts at lvl 2?

Nice! This mod's really coming together- the fact you gave options is only a bonus.
For those who are too lazy to see-

If you want lots of cops and the military to spawn in every act, there'll be a version for that,
If you want lots of aliens through the story, there'll be a version for that,
If you want the aliens to increase every act you get through, there'll be a version for that!
