I liked that cop model better than the Coast Guard like guys that were in SRIV. Heck, I liked the Zinyak Sheriff from the beginning- could he replace the models as well?

With the SDK I'd probably make something to switch between 1950's SteelPort, Modern SteelPort and a mix of both. Not the world geometry, but the people, traffic, etc.
