I'd try to reset your password again. Bear in mind your password is case sensitive and be careful of any typos.

It still does it no matter what password I change it to could it be it got deleted cuz I haven't used it for so long.

Nice. I had to change my password and re-link the Steam account by logging in in SR3, and my character uploads are still there, just like before.

Though Jumped in Took me a few tries to get it, i think must be because the site is under heavy load i believe.
