They don't. Did you install it correctly? Did you play coop with someone who had a cheat flagged save or used cheats during your game? That would be the only way it could happen.

Try out Expanded Arsenal Mod - 666 Edition. It brings back all the cheats from Saints Row IV and much more.

Thanks! I actually already installed it but I saw this mod after I had installed it and replaced that cheats file

So just started modding the game and I dropped the cheats in saints row however when ever I open up the extras for cheats they don't seem to change anyone have a exact video for this like uploading incase I'm missing a step

You have to enter them in manually like any other cheat.
