i was looking for how to create new t-shirts for saints row workshop, using the template of a tshirt from the game but editing it and uploading it as a new one like some mods in the workshop can anybody help me saying what tools i need or what to do? thanks

I wanted textures as .png but I can't open .springs I need help please with exporting the textures to use them as resource for my game project, texmod doesn't work on SRTT or SRIV. What program I should use to extract textures?
