Are you sure you're using V4 because in that screenshot the exrta menu options aren't there(Music, Wages, Camera)

just saw that I accidently got v3, updating.
Updated. Doesn't make the game crazy now, but phone menu doesn't open either.
That's because you don't have anything in the phone menu, you need to buy a homie(they don't spawn in yet) or the vehicle delivery.
How can I "buy" them?
