Not sure yet, jchunter93. Turk hasn't told me, but I figured out the killbane gloves... kind of...:
In Melee.xtbl, change these values:

this is for when you're standing:
KB Glove Punch LEFT
Impact:
Impact force 1000 to 5000

this is for moving:
KB Glove Punch MOVE
Impact:
Impact force 1000 to 10000
y= 0.0 to 1.0
z= 1.0 to

The throw is unlocked in "unlockables.xtbl". You pick the values muscles_1, muscles_2, or muscles_3 depending when you want the strength. Either on the first, second, or third upgrade. I personally picked the third one, so I changed my value:

muscles_3
y-9 to 30
z-16 to 30

Not being able to watch a video in your country is an entirely different problem from the video not working.
