Steelport Gangs DLC fixes - now with earring morph fix!

[V] Knobby

Volition Staff
This mod is a collection of fixes for the Steelport Gang Pack DLC that corrects issues like the black Decker Specialist tights, the Morningstar earrings not aligning correctly, and fixed textures, clipping, and coloring on many of the other items. The bulk of the work here is mikado's but he was no longer interested in updating and maintaining it so we all agreed to bundle our new fixes with his to make things easy for the community.

We should all thank everyone involved in that initial endeavor for their time and work along with [V] Meatplowz who fixed the earring morph issue in this new release and IdolNinja who handled the packaging for this addition.

New in v5.1!

Fixed the Morningstar Specialist suit obscuring a character's eyelashes -IdolNinja

New in v5.0!
The Morningstar Soldier earrings now align correctly for both sexes and no longer sit in weird positions on the body like they used to!

This release is a huge deal that everyone should be celebrating. Having Volition working with the community to release bugfixes and support is something I never thought I would see. Talking with Mike, they are also looking at releasing quite a few other fixes for long standing issues as well.

I haven't encountered the earring bug personally, but thanks a ton for fixing it. Never seen such awesome support :)

Amen, Jon. Modding tools and continued developer support goes a long way to making the community keep playing games past their intended "lifecycle". Sorry for the name drop, but a perfect example are the Elder Scroll games.

Thank you, Volition. You all deserve a ton of praise for the commitment you all are putting forth on this project. You have my support for many years. I tout the whole lot of you as one of my favorite developers with the involvement you all have done with the fixes, generosity, and dedication to your game after release (that goes for Idol, Mini, and others as well).

Thanks for this, it is nice to see things like this being fixed. :)

I have noticed one bug with this DLC that was not fixed in this mod/patch, when I put on the Morningstar Specialist suit my characters eyelashes disappear :(
Is anyone else getting this bug and can it be fixed?

That is likely just an obscured VID. If so, it's a quick fix. I'm on it.

Got it. It was obscured VID 52 that was causing the eyelashes to disappear. Once removed, they show up fine. I'll be updating the release to 5.1 shortly, but in the meantime here's an updated table with the fix. Please test and report back.
