Are you referring to the Oiran or morningstar?

In the spawn info it looks like whatever I give one grunt, it applies to all gangs but the saints.

The Oiran ladies carry smg storm now and no brutes, the Morningstar gun dealers now carry what you suggested and no brutes but have rollerbladers riding on the bumper of their black limousines.

. If I'm doing something in the wrong direction let me know. I was just working with the idea that the Oiran was an oriental prostitute ring lead by Suko (aka kiki from the information found in the game files) and the Morningstar was an all men weapons dealer (now rolling in fancy limos and black and white tuxedo looking outfits) and the brutes were only removed because if I changed their cars, they can't carry brutes. So brutes only exist for specified missions at this point the gangs Oiran and morningstar are slightly tougher and more responsive to arrive. So at this point I'm entirely open to suggestions because this whole mod was based on you and fan of Saints idea and threadThat was done as you suggested also
