I have discovered I can no longer change the localization of my game (GOG version). In the past, "language_setup.exe" worked fine, but now it does nothing. I've also tried adding arguments (such as "-forcelang_es", for Spanish) to my game's shortcut, and tinkering with language_setup.ini, both to no avail.

i could be wrong but i believe gotr added the functionality to actually have that launch command to work, without GOTR it does nothing
but im not too sure about the language setup stuff on gog
forcelang is all in the exe, GOTR can't add the functionality, if you don't have the languages installed it should do nothing or either crash loading strings no idea why it doesn't work it works fine for me

I think gotr added language strings if you didn't have them which is probably why I probably got that idea

I'm using the SuperUI file linked to on the Kobraworks website. It seems to have a bug that removes the eye colour option from character creation.
Its no bug, since SuperUI was made for gotr.. the creator decided to disable eye color option in character creation/surgery store
The description says that it's stripped of GOTR content though.
So probably an oversight then.
Probably, the idea is to make it compatible with Juiced/Vanilla.. idk if they changed that function but i can take a look later
