Yes. You need the Death Orb mod that makes it flyable in order to actually use it. There's a separate release, and it's also part of the Gentlemen of Steelport mod. Using that will break Belgian Problem mission though as a warning.
 
Probably think im a noob for asking this, but whats the difference between the 2 files? what is "Flagging?"

By default, using a cheat in the game will flag your save as a cheat save. This does a few things:
* puts a little cheat text on your save from the menu
* disables all achievements
* disables all challenges
* warns anyone you coop with that it will infect their save if they coop with you and you have a flagged save loaded

The open version of this mod disables all that nonsense so you can use cheats whenever you want and never have to worry about it.
