Help with DLC vehicles

So, after finally getting the SR1 DLCs (through LEGAL means) I finally was able to try out the DLC cosmetics, however, the DLC vehicles, the Rumbler and the Leftturner are nowhere to be found and I can't spawn them in any way, can someone please help?

No, they don't, they are nowhere to be found.

Ok, I found a solution, I just had to install the 60 FPS .xex patch and now they're there.

You originally didn't patch your xex to the latest game update then if that xex fixed it.

I'm having the same problem, and when I applied the "True FPS" patch to my vimmcopy of SR1 I still can't find either car in the FP Dealership. The header of Xenia says [Patches Applied]. Is there a seperate 60 fps xex patch that I'm not aware of?
