Gat Is Back

This is a WIP that adds Johnny Gat as a homie to your cellphone, he doesn't replace another homie but is a new entry in the file.

Known issues:

• There is no name and description for his cellphone entry, since we can't edit strings from the remaster yet.
• While he does perform his unique knife melee takedowns, the knife is invisible because I have to preload it but don't know how

Installation:

To install it, copy homies.xtbl into "Program Files" > "Epic Games" > "SaintsRowTheThird".

To uninstall it, remove homies.xtbl from "Program Files" > "Epic Games" > "SaintsRowTheThird".

Most likely, but she has no icon, so until we can edit textures she'd either have no homie iccon in the phone menu and hud, or I give her the generic fleur de lis.

Yes, just place the files into the game's folder. I should update my remaster mod threads to have the Steam install path, thank you for the reminder.
