Alright if you're so smart, tell me which one of the four explains on how to install it.
three of them are just showing what is what and the other tells you how to use it, I just want to know where to put the files.

Did you go to Rusty's Needle to see the new tattoos?
 
No. Recreating the original vpp_pc file sets it back to Original settings.. i.e. unmodified.
 
well then how do I get the tattoos, I don't see any options
I have all the character customization files in a folder on my desktop, am I suppose to put them somewhere else or what?
 
Run the batch file.
Press 4.
Follow the directions on screen to copy the right file to the right location.
Enjoy your new tattoos.
???
Profit?
 
4 will use the options I picked in 1?

In that case, you pick the options you want, and once you're done, press "C" to build the correct file.
Then copy and all that jazz.
