The Silverlink cheats are something Deep Silver hasn't talked about yet. They are off limits until we know what's up.

Those seem kinda like those "euro gang" unlockables that were in SR3 but weren't tied to any of the gameplay, but you could still enable them using the save editor. I also saw some "silver link" entries in the SR4 unlockables file, some weapon skins, cache/rep bonuses, etc.
