Indeed they do, however I am not sure how I can fix that. It's been a while since I worked on this modification - perhaps when the developer kits will be released I will be able to create a cleaner version of this modification. There's a hard-coded limit on the amount of "character entries"...

They do not exist, they left pieces of stuff in (apocalyptic armor, ransom collector) but not entire sets. As for everybody's questions: I am sorry but I cannot answer your specific inquires. You can combine this modification with others that fill in the blanks. Follow the tutorial here. I hope...

I assumed that it didn't. It works as long as you don't spawn any HTSSC characters or launch the quests.

There's pretty much one method to do this at the moment: through replacing existing assets. You can't "add" stuff into the game yet.

It's incompatible with SRIV's since the streaming system is different (different cloth simulation data). There aren't any available unused items to replace that contain cloth simulation.

I speculate that with EtD, since they used duplicate models for their gameplay everything worked fine. However in HTSSC the characters the game calls for are from the vanilla game (50s townsfolk, story characters), that's why we get crashes.

Well, you can always manually copy the 4 first entires from my customization_items.xtbl file over to whichever file you want to use.

Yes, I replaced "vidchecker" items that were never used in-game, for example. It's that simple, but the only issue is that the amount of files has to match, otherwise it's just a pain in the ass having to edit stuff afterwards. Oh, another thing, you'll need to copy the "customization_items"...
