You can do that for better organization and knowing what files belong to what mod, but by default Juiced supports files in mods folder anyway. It's because this is at the bottom of loose.txt: mods Though, you still need to watch out if other mods use the same files as this one (file conflicts).

I've tried changing the SR4 player character size, if you set it to something really high like 10.0 you can notice the player character shrinking as you load into the game. I have no idea if there is a way to bypass this issue either.

I second this. rewarding instead of having a penalty would work like WoW's "well rested" system (that gives xp buff when people aren't log in). Maybe something simple like having extra health/stamina, depending on how hard it can be to implement

Sounds like Re-Elected issue, workshop items with physics got screwed up. If on steam, you can try reverting to legacy stable branch right click games list > Properties > Betas > select legacy_stable (though it might not immediately work for you)
