Sounds like Re-Elected issue, workshop items with physics got screwed up.
If on steam, you can try reverting to legacy stable branch

right click games list > Properties > Betas > select legacy_stable (though it might not immediately work for you)

yes im on steam, and it worked i can buy the hair now but the only thing that im not sure works is the hair flaps thing, is there no way of fixing that part?

im not to good at explaining it but im mostly talking about the physics for these parts in the picture, they dont move and im wondering if there suppose to be like that or can they move?
