For those who has problems with this tool.
You should use 85 version of Chromium.
Just download chrome-win.zip from googleapis

Then open https://wip.sr-tools.menthe.dev/ in chrome.exe

Lucas is working on the standalone (non browser) version + repacking tool. He already uploaded a working prototype on Saints Row discord server so you can extract the files using the tool. Once it's finished it will be released here too so no need to create fixes.

There's a standalone version of the tool. You don't need any browser to make it work

You don't need Chrome version anymore
