Does turning off the post-processing help? I think that is what controls depth of field effects like that. Unfortunately, it would mean losing all the other PP effects.

You can also bind a key to fine aim (toggle) so you only have to hit it once

Really well-done mod, except the fact that it rebound my Gamepad's fine aim button to RS. Annoying. But still, at least it has support for gamepads at all.

EDIT: LS (Horn) and LS (Nitro) conflict on the gamepad. Can't toot the horn without speeding above the limit of physical rules. Which is the main reason to even use it in the first place...

You have to set "Secondary fire" or "Fine aim" command other key. (default : secondary mouse)
You can toggle vehicle camera with "Zoom (toggle)" command. (default : undefined)
