Saints Row 2 Tools to modify hairstyles

Saints row 2 is one of my favorite games, and was hoping that I could get a little more insight on the tools to modify textures and meshes, safely and legally. The reason I'm asking is I want to make the bangs on the hairstyle "beehive" replace the ones on "draped over shoulders". If there is a tool that would make that possible or if the idea is just a pipedream, it would be awesome to know.

Well if it's a texture than you can use masamaru's tools, if it's a mesh than you can't do anything

Thanks man! I actually have his retexture mods and some of your animations in my game. I'll be sure to check it out. (Oh yeah I'm more used to Skyrim mods so that's why I said mesh lol)
