I assume you tried to turn off cloud sync for the game before installing it? Cloud sync can often times bundle your existing bad config files / etc. with the supposedly-fresh installation.

EDIT: An example of cloud sync causing issues with a reinstall is common for people playing Left 4 Dead 2 where the messed-up config files are re-added upon installing or just verifying the files.

Could anyone share the Things To Do In Steelport - Naughty Edition add-on download link through a PM, I'd be very grateful. The automatic forum access seems to no longer be working. I've registered awhile ago, and tried to contact an admin, but it seems they haven't been around lately.

same here. Got the urge to replay through SR3 again.
 
Anyone, please? I finished playing through Saint's Row 1 and 2, and I want the full modded experience for replaying 3.
