Wow, i did not knew about this, so i now i can ride with my pals on the beach without the fear of being murdered? how do i start one of those "private sessions"?
 
From Single Player/Story Mode.

- Pause menu
- Select Online > Play GTA Online
- Start Invite Only Session or Closed Crew Session or Closed Friend Session

All options are available, and you will be by yourself, so no need for Passive Mode.

Thank you for the information, i always wanted to play in peace using my own characters, can i still do missions alone?
 
Yes, you can do missions alone. Everything you can do in a public session you can do in a private session.
 
Modders converted Vice City to GTA V* but I'm still waiting for any kind of map editor for Saints Row.

I would like to make models thru Blender too but there is no tools for do that.
Like I made Sword for SR in Blender but there is no way to port it to the game (only maya and 3dsmax):
