I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the face bandana was cut at the last minute from release due to technical issues. Also, the apoc armor is a complete suit, and not individual pieces. The goggles are separate though, and in the head slot; i.e. they act like a hat.

Don't know if you're a wrestling fan, but I should start calling you '' BadNews Idol '' a la Bad News Barret.

I have the separate apocalyptic gloves & upper body armor from the Inauguration Station modded into the game. I want to see if the textures are any different.

What about console users? I assume they are not willing to take their time to make the face mask available before releasing the DLC, are they?

It's a buggy item with clipping issues. While releasing the assets to the modding community is okay, it will not be part of the vanilla game on console or otherwise for that reason.
