Excellent mod, but I noticed it doesn't have the infinite rockets unlocked at the start like on consoles.

You unlock unlimited rockets by completing the mission "Ultor Family Fun Day" in the Corporate Warfare DLC

Oh that's strange on xbox 360 it says it's unlocked after completing the tutorial mission.

That never happens normally to me

Edit: My version's title update must've been the more updated version because recently I've completed the tutorial mission on Xenia and that never got unlocked so I guess it was fixed later on..?

It doesn't but it is was unlocked on Xbox 360 in the start, it's a bug/oversight in the original DLC and its fixed here
