Russian.to what language?
I tried to simply enter сyrillic into dlc_ru.le_strings using Language String Editors, but as a result, the entire DLC test simply disappeared...

either ways you need to do add the [HASH/TAG] formatting its possible to reverse the actual names but i cant bother right now and im busy with stuff, you will need latest nightly build of Juiced though as I just made it accept hashes too

The radio.xtbl file contains the radio station info for all the stations
including The Underground which is the pirate radio station. Search for 'pirate'

Yes the tut itself says how. You can ignore the steps for gotr. Just remove the pirate flag. Save it, and if you are using juiced just throw it into the mods folder, and or add it into a new folder in the mods folder then add a new entry in the loose.txt file pointing to that folder within the mods folder.is there a way to do this without gotr though
