Sandbox+ for SRTT

Hello,
I have few questions, I have the original game and I wonder if adding mods would have a bad effect for my steam account, or does it lock achievement progress?
And, after taking the cities %100, I cannot find any decker, luchadore or morningstar. I have read the description but it says it will only increase the luchadore notoriety which I believe I should have at least one to start with. I could not do my killing specialist challenges and stuff and looking for a mod to spawn gang members.

I can't find the post on how to change the key bindings for the commands and stuff. I have a laptop keyboard and can't use pg down/up so how would i change it?
 
I'm stuck with the purple boarder around my screen (the one that happens with superpowers) and I cant get rid of it, did that happen to anyone else?
 
when i do the toggle infinite ammo and dual wield nothing happens it says that it is being turned on and off but nothing changes what am i doing wrong
 
For some reason I cant use any of the numpad buttons such as end or insert is that happening to anybody else and if so could I have some help on how to fix it
 
I am a non-English speaking gamer. I installed mode through translator, but what is the first and second key? I surfed the web for 10 hours but could not find an answer.
Many people are in the same problem as me.
 
i think it might be ctrl + semi colon to get the decker specialist animations but when i did that it didn't work do i have to do something in the games setting or not what do i do also how do i get the saints hero gang plus one mod and extended taunts mod to work ? please help me thanks
