Yes , the full package with humble bundle .
Other codes like teleport works but not this one

Hi idolninja, I've recently installed sandbox+ but have not been able to get the commands working. I made sure that I went into the set keys and buttons page and hit F1 there, not in the general controls page.

Do you own the legal Steam version of the game? Are you sure that you extracted the files to the right locations?

Yes, I own a legal copy, and I am sure that I extracted the XTBL files to the folder where the game's .exe is, and the VPP_PC files to the cache folder. I am not running any other mods, if that helps.

Yes, the day/night cycle changes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, but to the same results.

Yes. I've tried a few warps, and the E key commands.

Wow, looks like I'm an idiot, I forgot the SR3_City.lua file. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help.
EDIT: Adding the SR3_City.lua file did nothing. I still get no response when I try to activate commands. I did however join a friends game who had it, and whenever he activated a command, it said "Incorrect Hash Value!!"
