Hi, try changing this option to 0 in juiced.ini. By default (if I recall correctly) Juiced will replace Windowed mode with borderless.

Alternatively you can right click Taskbar > Taskbar Settings and tick "Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode" while you play the game and turn it back off when you need it.

I already got GOTR with this, though I'm genuinely curious, any more mods to recommend that could work with this? (Admittedly, performance still... hiccups a bit, couldn't even begin to figure out why.)

Pretty much any mod should work with Juiced Patch. GotR can be a different story sometimes though.
Mod pages will typically mention whether they were made for Vanilla or GotR.

I'd recommend installing GotR via this method, which can avoid some issues and make troubleshooting a little easier if things go wrong.
