Rare Vehicle Cheats (includes Additional Cheats) v5

I hardly dare ask again; but, since this seems to be a mod from 2012, erm, is it compatible with Gentlemen of Steelport + Sandbox mods? Cuz I'd love to add this functionality!
 
Darn, seems I lost the airplanes I had in my airport crib. :( I especially miss my special Saints Snipes 57 (wasn't that one also given by IdolNinja's GoS mod?) Is there any way to respawn it? Or add it to my garage again or something?

P.S. Not saying this mod caused the loss, btw: they're simply gone.

Yeah, I got a black one that way (from an assassination job); but there was a special one we got, with Saints decal on it. And THAT one doesn't spawn. :(
 
There's a Saints version of the Snipes? I've never seen it, nor heard of it. How did you even get it? Are you sure you're not thinking of the Saints decal Wolverine from SR2 that you get for completing all airplane races?

EDIT:
I also looked it up and there is no such variant at all in the game files. This thing absolutely doesn't exist in SRTT.

Hmm, LOL, now I'm starting to doubt myself. :) Could it have been my airplane garage in SR2!? (That would explain, for one, why my SR3 airplane locker was so empty). If so -- and it looks that way -- I'm deeply sorry.

Also, while I have you on the line, is there a way to get the Buick Riviera 'Genki Mobile' from SR3?

I tried to drive it to one of my cribs (or a rim jobs), but it won't allow me to do that while in mission.

It's one of the reward unlocks for Genki bowl. I'm not sure if you get it after beating all the Genki escort ones, or if it's at the end itself when you finally beat all the Sad Panda Skyblazing stuff.
