Rare Vehicle Cheats (includes Additional Cheats) v5

Cheat flagging is what prevents achievements since it completely stops tracking stats when triggered. Since the open version will never ever flag your save, you will still be able to use any cheat at anytime and still get achievements and stats.

I made a list of some vehicles, that you should add :)

- Blue ASP from Tank Game
- Three variants of Anchor, that chase you during Tiger Escort Activity
- I never seen Saints Atlantica ingame o_O
- Deckers unique Sharks from Return to Steelport
- Morningstar Miami and Shark from The Ho Boat
- I heard about some Morningstar Kayak. Can you look if some exist?
btw. Can you fix the bug, where The Saints ride normal cars instead Saints Purple/Gold cars? It looks wierd ;D
 
I'll see about adding all of those.

There's really nothing we can do about the vehicle bug though. Volition is going to need to fix that in the exe itself as far as I can see.

Georgo[o]n, There is no Morningstar Kayak variant. The closest thing is a variant called "m2_hack" but that's just a simple black version. Also, there is no Morningstar Miami. In the Ho Boat they just ride in on average ones.
 
In the .xtbl of the kenshin is a variant named VC but, when you add to the garage is lost all of his decals, the decals are three Chinese words. The bike can be found at the airport but when you customize it or add it to your garage the decals disapear. In the moment i look the file for found something like a code line with <permanent_decals>true</permanent_decals>.
