How to activate the mod, the bulk thingy? I don't understand where to write it or how to activate the "Hadoken" things.. only the grenades works for me, is it something with the "weapons.xtlb" cause all I find there is text.. Help plz

I see you are pirate because you do not have SR3 on your Steam profile! You have only Initiation Station!

He have SR3 on his wish list.

Most of the mods here will not work with pirated versions of the game. These pirates just never learn.
