Really I thought it was fixed, at least from what I've tried, interesting so I guess I'll have to compare again. 
(Rectifier works as intended and can be upgraded and customized without this installed, dildo-bat can be customized but has no upgrades and there's no extra Dubstep gun but I can't test that last one myself since I have the DLC for that weapon so I never had that bug.)
