NPC behaviour and spawn mod

Just wanted to say that you are doing some awesome work with this. Big thumbs up. :)
 
Am I blind or something? Where can I go to download this because it sounds awesome. I don't see any links on the OP and there's no mention of "the file" anywhere else.
 
No need to appologise for working hard. :) My fault for being over eager. I'm just downloading this now and can't wait to try it out!
 
Hey, I don't know if I'm allowed to ask this (didn't see anything on the forum rules), but when you get this mod to a point you're content would it be possible to sort of make an "extreme" version? Like when IdolNinja went over the top. That would be sweet as I'd love to see my Steelport turn into a chaotic area 24/7, I think it would really fit into the over-the-top Volition tried to do for this in the first place. Anyways, still the original is awesome and good work.

EDIT: If this is a bigger project than just changing a few values (I haven't done any modding for SR3 myself unfortunately) then I'll delete this post and put it in Requests.
 
Hi i have a problem with your mod every time i start the game with your mod in it your mod doesn't work actually it doesn't do anything. I am Running a steam version of Saints Row The Third with no other mod in my game only yours and its your latest one.

The game starts but your mod doesn't have any effect on my game' i tried shooting people they just ran away and other ways. its as if the mod isn't in there but it is.

Please help me i really want to play with this mod. every other mod works fine except yours. Do i have to start a new game or something to get it working. Im really not sure? I really need help please.
