I don't see any other mods in either of the above loose.txt files that use pcr01.lua, or modify the HUD.I know. I meant other mods that are affecting the ui.

Just meant that for any mods that could be listed later on or maybe for people who have a lot of mods like me.I don't see any other mods in either of the above loose.txt files that use pcr01.lua, or modify the HUD.
Doesn't both ReFabricated and HSE come with compatibility versions to work with M2M and GOTR? I haven't installed these mods in a while on SR2 and haven't played with them in a while, but I vaguely remember having to choose a compatibility for those three mods together.I don't see any other mods in either of the above loose.txt files that use pcr01.lua, or modify the HUD.

Right. Could that potentially cause it?ReFabricated doesn't. M2M does, but not for HS:Evo.
Only if M2M is listed above HS:Evo in loose.txt.Right. Could that potentially cause it?
Thought so. Do you think Open City could cause issues with the menus or at the very least cause issues with customization?Only if M2M is listed above HS:Evo in loose.txt.

Humanistic Sliders needs to be listed above M2M in loose.txt. Both mods have a "pcr01.lua", and M2M's lacks the necessary code for HS:Evo. You also need to make sure the correct compatibility version of "pcr01.lua" from HS:Evo is installed.
It's also recommended to have the "JUICED" mods listed above GotR, but below everything else.
This is all by design. Everything that was in the old "Body" menu (Now "Skin/FatBones") is now in a sub-menu of the "Face" menu (now "Morphing") called "Body". This sub menu contains the new sliders added by HS:Evo.But I still don't think its working correctly - Fatbones is the only slider on the skin/fat bones tab that does something, but all it does is make the boss go into a jumping jack pose. The rest of the sliders all say "None" and don't do anything.
