Honestly kinda criminal that a normal hadouken is inaccessible to the player, I'd love to just be able to do the same thing NPCs do

If I had to guess, they just change the original animations and effects of the blast ability to the taunt and the NPC's effect. I could be wrong though and it could be a custom weapon of sorts too.
