With Open Cheat enabled/installed in GoS and using a cheat that flags save file eg. unlimited ammo. Then on the load save game screen, is it still suppose to say Cheat Enabled?

Cheat flagging is not retroactive. i.e. if your save is already flagged then the mod won't reverse that. The open version of the cheats mod simply turns off the save flagging if you use any of them after it's installed. It's a preventative, and not a cure.

But a cure can be found here, use the manual method (hex editor), not the .jar file (or use it AYOR).

i am using the helicopter customization mod with gentlemen of steelport and currently have no folders to return the helicopters to. is there a way to fix this or am i screwed?

Could you elaborate on what you mean by, "have no folders to return the helicopters to"? What are you expecting to see, and what are you seeing instead?

I don't understand what you're trying to do. You shouldn't have folders to put files anywhere. Just delete them from the root of your install if you want to remove them.

I installed the coop version and started a new game and save and I have not noticed any difference in the game,also when i made my character there was no sliders for height. So i am not sure what to do i followed the read me and the youtube video.

I too have the same problem as others. I installed the two patch files, reset my keybindings and none of them work (yes I have actually tried them all)

Gentlemen of Steelport has nothing to do with keybindings at all. Were you actually looking for Sandbox+?

There are no height sliders with GoS, so I'm not sure where you saw that. Many of the mods included are subtle. A quick check to make sure you installed it correctly is to see if you have mission replay options in your phone.
