EDIT: heres teh real fix. :3 just as i thought, i didnt use the weapons.xtbl from the patch im testing it in game with the fix and it works beautifully

It doesn't work with the disentegrator anymore :,(
 
As of most recent patch and DLC this mod has some issues. Several weapons revert back to zero upgrades (Submachine guns and "Special" class weapons do this)

its not the patch, the mod updater needs to update it. remove anything this mod has and you should be golden. trust me when i say, its an outdated mods fault and not the patch.
