Alternate Character Customization

Is there anyway i can get that set of leopard print tattoos from the SR3 post? sadly when i added your file to my cache i can ether override the one already in the folder or keep both, but that kills your mod and if i override it replaces my " entire leopard face option " with Genkis face, any way to get both files to work or am i out of luck?

Saints Row IV does not have a zombie voice, it has Nolan North instead.
 
The more saints row games we get , i think there will lots of confusion on this forum :)
I find myself having to check what thread I'm in sometimes and what game works with a mod .
mods in progress .mod releases ,mod tools ,sr2 ,sr3 sr4, srgooh ,e.t.c e.t.c.

is there any way to make this compatible with nude mods?
1.i install this mod 2.i install any nude mod 3.game crashes
1.i install this mod 2.i install any nude mod 3.i ran Stream2Update 4.i observe infinite loading screen

i tried this on clean game without any other mods, same results
