Spits out an error for me no matter what I try, 0x004818d5. No idea what that means, I get to the end of the splash/intro screens then when it should load the main menu it crashes. Using an exe with steamless (steam version of the game), and 4gb patcher. Trying to use just the regular exe says something about it needing patched or it (juiced command prompt) needing to apply a patch, but then I get a pop up says it can't find "sr2_pc.exe", which upon checking it gets named "sr2_pc.unpatched.exe" or something like that.
edit: also trying to use the steamxdelete thing which im p sure is what it was trying to do to the non modified exe says something about missing msvcr100.dll

I thought it mightve bin visual studio and downloaded it a bit ago (I just reset my pc yesterday so I just haven't yet) but failed to do so for all of the available versions, after downloading them all, a restart, plus another fresh install of Saints Row 2, I put only the Juiced patch in, this time it actually patched my exe, however I still receive the same error as before right before the main menu, this dump is from this last attempt.

Turn off UseFixedXACT, no idea why it crashes we have literally changed nothing in it, could you also zip/archive the actual corresponding .dmp file? (also try to disable sleephacks) I've had someone crash at runtime with it but have had it working in an older version which is kind of old, not sure if it's V.7.2.3 but it's one of the versions before we went open source.
I've just started using VanillaFXPlus recently. I didn't use it before because it made everything look way too orange (despite the .ini saying it's supposed to do the opposite). But I've found toggling it on/off via the pause menu causes it to look different.
Loading into game (Day/Night): After toggling via pause menu (Day/Night): No VanillaFXPlus (Day/Night):
So I'm not sure how it's supposed to look. After toggling via pause menu, it looks better in the daytime but too bright at night.
I'd like to be able to use it because it fixes an issue with the "Flight Plans" cutscene, where some Shots appear way too dark.
The correct behavior is while loading in when it's toggled in the ini, I made the options menu and added mostly everything, I don't know how the game handled the graphics for everything so decided to slap on VFXPlus in the options menu and it seemed fine to me, I didn't expect everything to be correct and I guess it isn't, also GOTR has modified weather xtbl and maybe other tables that modifies graphics so that'll get in the way of what Tervel had in mind
